CleanGreens

To strengthen the market, we require the following documents:
- order form
- policies and procedures
- thank you letters (general and for specific communities) to accompany orders

Additionally, we should soon put some flesh to our fledgling infrastructure. This might include the organizational leadership for each of our sectors, sector-related tasks; inter-sector communication; and reporting processes.

Attached is a draft of a letter that might accompany preacher purchases.

I have been giving this some thought as well. We have identified three types of distributors: personal distributors, commercial distributors, and religious distributors. We need people to contact potential distributors to enroll them in becoming distributors. I am calling the people who enroll distributors CleanGreens Agents. Hopefully these agents can report to Lottie as the market coordinator.

They would contact the potential distributors and ask them to commit to become distributors. The major milestone would be a signed distribution agreement. The next major milestones are their first order, first delivery and payment. I have put these first steps in a flowchart so we can think together about how best to get this done. Here is the flowchart as of now:

This is great, John. Becase the flow chart is a bit hard to see in this format, can you also add it as an uploaded file so we can have another way to examine it?

Please also post it in the distributor discussion, Then we are on our way.

We should look at this on Wednesday.
OK. I have attached the swim lane flowchart that I pasted in a recent reply in this discussion. I am now attaching it to make it easy to look at. We have three roles -- Market Coordinator, Clean Greens Agent, and Distributors. The flowchart shows the way they interact. Take a look and let us know what you think. Thanks!
