I am the Executive Director of the
Interra Project. The Black Dollar Days Taskforce is a beneficiary of the local Interra program, Puget Sound Community Change. I have also been involved with Roots of Change, a project focused on building a sustainable food economy. The
Clean Greens Farm and Market is a great opportunity to demonstrate community self-sufficiency. The practice of farming can be learned and clean, healthy, and fair greens can be grown and distributed to low and moderate income communities.

She was very interested.
I hope they add collards to their menu, even if I have to plan a meetup around it cuz they have to cook 'em ahead.
If there is something we can do to help besides cooking with your produce, let us know. Maybe we should book The Garden at the Cinema and make it an event to help Clean Greens. Something Fun, Educational, and good PR to get the Clean Greens project a nice boost. If you have ideas let us know.
Thanks!
